I Believe

I believe birds are born to be free
That a child shuold have the right to be a child
I believe we should plan it and let it grow
I believe no matter what colour you've got ore where you are born
That each living soul is equal and should have the right to live a Life
With dignity, love and a future for each and every one
Even for you and me

I do, I do believe
For each and every one
I do, I do believe

They tell me I'm bad
And they tell me it's sad
But nothing it's gonna change even in a thousend years
And they tell me that I'm blind that I can't see behind the tears
And they tell me to let it be, let it be
And they tell me that evil is gonna win
And they tell me that a lie is not a sin
And they tell me, and tell me, and tell me I'm wrong
But no one can keep me from singing my song

I do, I do believe
I believe that thunder and storm will pass away
I believe in sunrise and a new day
I believe the winds, the winds are going to change
I believe good things are going to win
I believe that a lie is a sin
But I don't believe in a god from a sky
We must find the spirit within a protect it in our hearts
And never let it die

I do, I do believe
I believe some day soon, we don't have to say it to the moon
If we take each other's hand, trying to understand
There is nothing between us except our own fear
There are fruits enough on this earth that we all can share
That we all can share

I do, I do believe
I believe birds are born to be free
I do, I do believe

I believe we should plan it and let it grow
That a child should have the right to be a child
And they tell me, and tell me, and tell me I'm wrong
But no one can keep me from singing my song
I do, I do believe
